Exactly what happens, and when

A typical 3BHK takes 10 to 12 weeks from sign-off to handover. Here's how those weeks are spent.

1. 01 Consultation

   Week 1

   We visit the site (or video-call it), understand how you live and agree a realistic budget before any drawing begins.

2. 02 Design concept

   Weeks 2–3

   Layout options, finishes and a line-by-line quote with a written exclusions list. Two rounds of revisions included.

3. 03 3D visualisation

   Week 4

   You approve each room in 3D. Changing your mind here is free — changing it on site is not, so we take this stage seriously.

   • Walkthrough video
   • Sign-off drawings

4. 04 Execution

   Weeks 5–12

   Our own carpentry, civil, electrical and painting teams take over, coordinated by your dedicated project manager.

   • Weekly site reports

   • Milestone payments

5. 05 Handover

   Final week

   We walk the space with you, close every snag, hand over warranties and stay reachable for the first year.
